Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused and in its original packaging. Items that have been used cannot be returned. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, contact us at infoloomith@gmail.com. We'll review your request and get back to you within 24 hours with next steps. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We'll evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at infoloomith@gmail.com.
European Union — 14 Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. Your item must be unused and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to get a replacement is to return your original item and place a new order once the return is accepted.
